Dossure is run by Dossure, contact [email protected]. By creating an account or buying credits you accept these terms. Dossure is for businesses.
What Dossure is
Dossure pre-checks machinery technical files and lists what is missing, inconsistent or worth checking, with document, page and quote. It is not a conformity assessment, a certificate or legal advice, and it does not decide whether a machine meets the requirements. A report can miss things or contain false alarms; the decisions stay with you.
Credits and payment
- Reviews are paid with credits. Prices are shown on the website and exclude VAT.
- Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; Polar issues the invoice.
- Credits are valid for 12 months and are not refunded.
- If a review cannot be completed because of a technical error on our side, the credit is returned automatically.
- Pro is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at the end of any month.
Your files
Your files remain yours. You confirm that you may upload them. We use them only to produce your report, as described in the privacy policy, and never to train AI models.
Fair use
Do not upload malware, try to break or overload the service, or use it to process documents you are not allowed to share. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We provide Dossure with care but without a guarantee that a report is complete or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except for intent or gross negligence and where the law does not allow a limit.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will tell account holders by e-mail before a change applies.
