Privacy policy

Dossure is run by Dossure. Questions or requests about your data: [email protected].

The website

  • No advertising or tracking cookies.
  • If website statistics are switched on, we use Plausible Analytics: no cookies, no personal profiles, only aggregated numbers.
  • When you follow a link into the app, the link carries the campaign parameters you arrived with (utm_*) and the page you came from, so we can see which pages bring sign-ups. This is kept in your browser's session storage, not in a cookie.

The free quick check

  • Your files are read in your browser and never uploaded. Nothing about them is stored.
  • If you ask for the result by e-mail, we store your e-mail address, the language and the checklist summary (item names, status, names of the files found). We first send a confirmation e-mail; the result is only sent after you confirm. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.

Your account and reviews

  • Account: your e-mail address, your organisation, team members and your credit balance.
  • Uploaded files: used only to produce your report. Stored encrypted in an EU bucket and deleted automatically after 30 days, or earlier when you delete them.
  • Extracted text for re-checks: kept for 90 days.
  • Reports, including quotes from your documents: kept until you delete them.
  • Payments are handled by Polar, who receives the data needed for the purchase and the invoice.
  • Your documents are never used to train AI models.

Who receives data

Only the service providers listed on the subprocessors page, and only for the purpose shown there. Some of them are outside the EU; transfers use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Account, reviews and payments: to provide the service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Quick check e-mail: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Statistics, abuse protection and security: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and take it with you. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Users in Türkiye have the same rights under the KVKK (Law No. 6698).
